meats are delightfully spiced and rubbed for up to 48 hours, then smoked for up

RASSHAD: Iowa-bornRasshad Brown is the “Soul Food Magician” behind
Arizona’s
award-winning Big City BBQ & Grill. Chef Rasshad received a culinary
diploma from Metro Tech inPhoenix while still a teenager, and quickly
developed into a celebrated executive chef in the resort industry, becoming a
frequent culinary guest on programs such as "On the Menu" and "Good Morning
Arizona." Chef Rasshad is listed as one of the “Top 100 Chefs” on www.Chef2Chef.com, appears in “Who’s Who” on www.FoodReference.com, and is considered to be a pioneer among
the growing group of African American celebrity chefs.
